At Humane Pet Euthanasia, we understand that saying goodbye to a beloved pet can be one of the most complex decisions a pet owner can make. I am here to provide compassionate and supportive guidance throughout the process to help you and your family make an informed decision that is best for your pet.
I understand that the loss of a pet can be an overwhelming and emotional time. At Humane Pet Euthanasia, I am here to guide you and your pet through the end-of-life process with the utmost care and empathy.
This section is a collection of real-life testimonials from pet owners who have received my services and want to share their positive experiences with others. It is intended to provide insight into the level of care and dedication that I offer and to give potential customers an idea of what they can expect from me.
No, your pet will not feel any pain. The initial injection which sedates your pet is made with a small needle under the skin, it is very similar to how a vaccine feels. Most animals do not even know that I have given it. Keep in mind, the sedation will also relieve your pet of any pain they are currently experiencing.
The procedure itself is the same whether it is performed at home or in the hospital. However, being at home provides a familiar environment for your pet which tends to be less stressful. Your family is also given the privacy to grieve and focus on what is most important, saying goodbye peacefully and on your terms.
Pricing is based on location, pet size and cremation options.
Private cremations are for families that wish to have their pet cremated apart from other animals. The actual cremation process is the same however, your pet is kept separate from any other animals including their ashes. Ashes are then placed in an individual urn fitted to their size. Group or communal cremations do not return any ashes to the family and ashes are spread at sea.
No, cremation is not mandatory and many families do choose to have home burials for their pets. Regardless of what you choose, I can still come to your home and only perform the euthanasia. Afterwards, you are able to do as you wish with him. Due to legalities, I am unable to advise on how to bury or dispose of your pet otherwise. Please be aware that drugs used to euthanize animals are toxic to wildlife.
After your pet has passed, I take her with me until she is cremated. Once the cremation process is complete, I then return your pet’s ashes back to you.
Approximately 30 days however this process is usually much faster.
Yes, all urns have the option of engravement at no additional cost.
I deliver all urns back to your home. I do not use any postal services and I prefer to hand deliver directly to you or a designated person of your choice. I do not leave anything behind your door or in a mailbox.
Yes, I make a paw print before leaving your home.
Yes, absolutely. If your pet has already passed and you need help removing him from your home, I am available to do just that. Private and group cremations are available regardless of performing the euthanasia. I am still able to provide a memorable paw print at this time as well.
